The All In Wonder Radeon 9700 Pro combines the speed, features and capabilities of the Radeon 9700 Pro with the TV tuner of the Rage Theater 200 chip included with the card. The speed is identical , unlike previous AIW cards like the AIW Radeon and AIW Radeon 8500DV. This makes the AIW 9700 Pro , the fastest , most feature rich card available until next year when the GeforceFX and R350 chips will be released.

Playing games on the Radeon 9700 Pro is simply breathtaking. Playing a game that brings last year's videocards to a standstill, like Morrowind? Plug in the AIW 9700 Pro and don't worry about it. Jaggy lines bothering you in-game? Turn on FSAA and anisotropic filtering and don't worry about it! Every game I've played , with the exception of Asheron's Call 2 , is virtually fully playable at all resolutions and settings.

The new 02.5 Catalyst drivers improve performance and compatibility. As noted in the review, my issues with Neverwinter Nights and Need For Speed Hot Pursuit 2 have been fixed with the latest patch from Bioware and the latest driver from ATI. ATI is improving upon their performance and compatibility with the new games all the time. The fact that there has been 3 Catalyst drivers released since the 9700 Pro was released bodes well for owners of this card.

As to value, if you're planning on buying a Radeon 9700 Pro at $399 retail, there really isn't a reason not to spend the$50 more on the AIW Radeon 9700 Pro. The addition of Morrowind, Mediator 7.0 , and Pinnacle Studio to the software bundle and the Remote Wonder makes the $50 premium well worth it, even without the TV tuner . I normally have a hard time recommending a videocard retailing for $449 , however, with the features, bundle , speed of the AIW 9700 Pro , I give it a very high rating.
