Compatibility

Setup and testing went off without any problems and all the system parts worked well together I had no RAM issues or errors while testing this motherboard. The AD11 seems to be a very compatible product with no known major issues.

Stability

This is a very stable motherboard and is a good performer as well. I encountered no system burps, blue screens or lock ups during the testing and usage of the AD11. A solid performer with no negative issues to speak of.

Support

Support is a big issue with a lot of companies and many things have been brought to life in the forums. FIC has recently had some complaints in our forums about very unresponsive people in their RMA department so I sent an email to them and it was finally taken care of after a long delay time.

I do not feel that this warrants a good support score even though their website and availability is very accessible to the end user helping them out is key and when I have to get involved to solve problems for the readers of this site because they can get no response is just plain bad business.

In the past I have based the scores in this category strictly on how well a manufacturer was equipped to give support but from here on out I am going to take into account how their customers feel about them by complaints and comments placed on our forums. Pick up the ball over their guys I want to raise this score on your next review.

Conclusion

Although this motherboard did not get an Editor's choice award do not think this is not a quality motherboard because it is a very high performance system mainboard and is very easy to install and use. There are just a few features that were not included on this board to push it into the award category but the features it does have are all good solid features.

Overall most users will probably like this motherboard quite a bit as FIC has a long tradition of making quality high end products and this is no exception to the rule. If you need a stable available motherboard and have no need for RAID availability this could be the motherboard you are looking for. Another fine product from the folks over at FIC I was not disappointed in its performance or its design good job guys, so until next time.
