ASUS uses v02.58 of the American Megatrends AMIBIOS with the ASUS AT3IONT-I motherboard. The top menu is split into Main, Advanced, Power, Boot, Tools, and Exit. The Main menu is where the System Time, Date, detected SATA drives, Storage Configuration and System Information is listed. The Storage Configuration is where the RAID is set.

The Advanced menu is where the CPU Configuration, JumperFree Configuration, Chipset, Onboard Devices Configuration, USB Configuration, and PCIPnP configuration menus are. The CPU Configuration is where you set the various features of the CPU including Hyper-Threading, Execute Disable Bit, and Max CPUID Value Limit.

The next menu is the JumperFree configuration menu. Here is where you set the system Clock Mode, the IGPU Overclock mode, the Voltage and Memory settings are. As this is meant to be a Home Theater PC motherboard the overclock options are limited by the Voltage, memory settings, and the internal graphics overclock. The Atom 330 has no clock speed options in the BIOS.
