GIGABYTE uses a modified version of the Phoenix Award BIOS on their P55A-UD7 motherboard. The main screen is split up into MB Intelligent Tweaker (M.I.T.), Standard CMOS Features, Advanced BIOS Features, Integrated Peripherals, Power Management Setup, PC Health Status submenus. The Standard menu has the Date, Time and IDE HDDs detected.

The Advanced BIOS features have the Hard Disk Boot Priority, Boot device order, and password check, SMART Capability, CPUID Max and Init Display First. Integrated Peripherals is where you set the PCH SATA Control Mode, the SATA port Native mode, the USB controllers, the Azalea CODEC, the IEEE-1394, the LAN and the external SATA controllers as well as the USB 3.0 interface. The Power Management menu is where the ACPI options are set.
Tweaking is done on the Motherboard Intelligent Tweaker menu. This is split into MIT Current Status, Advanced Frequency Settings, Advanced Memory Settings, Advanced Voltage settings, and miscellaneous settings. The menu shows the BIOS Version, the BCLK, the CPU Frequency, the Memory frequency and size, the CPU and PCH Temperature, and the Vcore and DRAM Voltage. Advanced Frequency settings is where the CPU Clock ratio, features, QPI Clock ratio, Base Clock control, XMP, SPD, PCI Express frequency and clock drives are set. Here’s a chart with the settings:
