Intel uses their own BIOS with some modifications for their Extreme board. The CPU BCLK can be set from 133-240MHz in 1MHz increments. The PCI Express clock can be adjusted from 100MHz-110MHz in 1MHz increments. CPU Voltage can be set from 1.0V-2.3V in 0.0125V increments. Memory voltage can be set from 1.3V-2V in 0.01V increments. The memory controller voltage can be set from 1.1-1.8V in 0.01V increments. The PCH Voltage can be set from 1.03V-1.5V in 0.01V increments..

Overclock
Overclocking using the Turbo Boost option set the multiplier to 27 on a Intel Core i7 870. This resulted in a 3.6GHz overclock. I was able to boost it a little higher than that to 3.73GHz stable. One thing about Intel’s Turbo Boost utility is that it only works on Intel boards. Other manufacturers have released boards on this chipset that don’t overclock as well with their default overclocking utility but overclock higher manually.
