ASUS uses a modified version of the American Megatrends AMIBIOS for most of their motherboards. The main menu is split into Extreme Tweaker, Main, Advanced, Power, Boot, Tools and Exit. The Main menu is where the Time, Date, Language, SATA drives detection, Storage configuration and system information is set. RAID is set up in the Storage configuration screen.

The Advanced Menu is where the CPU features are turned on/off. Features like the Ratio setting, the C1E Support, Max CPUID Value, Virtualization, CPU Trusted Module, Execute Disable Bit and SpeedStep are set in this menu. The chipset menu is where you set your Northbridge parameters. The onboard device menu is where you set your High Definition Audio, JMicron ESATA/PATA Controller and LAN.
The Extreme Tweaker menu is where all of the overclocking is done. Extreme OC mode gives you the most options for overclocking. Gaming gives you the major tuning settings for system performance boost. The CPU Level Up is an interesting ideal. Install a slower CPU and change the CPU Level Up to another CPU parameter and the BIOS will automatically switch the voltages and FSB/multiplier to match that CPU. I was able to overclock the E6750 we use for the Core 2 Duo DDR2 platform to 3.33GHz. Here's a chart of the various overclocking settings available:
