ASUS packages the P6T SE in their standard blue box. The front of the box has the CPUs that the board supports, a list of the main features of the board and a general overview of the board's main features. The rear of the box has detailed features description including TurboV, and the EPU. The rear of the box also lists the main features of the board.

The bundle itself consists of everything you need to get started with your new motherboard including the Q-Shield and Q-Connector. The Q-Shield has no "fingers" it just slides into the rear IO area of the case. It has better electric conductivity than other IO and shields the motherboard against static electricity and shields it against Electronic Magnetic Interference.

ASUS includes a wide array of software with their motherboard bundle. The software includes PC Probe II, AI Suite, Norton's Internet Security, ASUS Update, and a copy of Image Editing Suite. PC Probe II is a Windows based hardware monitoring utility designed to give voltages, temperatures and fan speeds of the hardware attached to the computer. AI Suite is the ASUS overclocking utility. ASUS Update updates the BIOS and drivers automatically.
