ASRock uses a modified version of the American Megatrends AMIBIOS. The tabs are Main, Smart, Advanced, H/W Monitor, Boot Security and Exit on the main screen. The Main menu has the Time, Date and information of the CPU, Memory, and Cache sizes. Here you also get the BIOS information on the motherboard.

The Smart menu is an interesting diversion from the normal BIOS menu. Here you can Save Changes and Exit, Load BIOS Defaults, Load Performance Setup Defaults, Load Performance Setup AHCI mode, Load Performance Setup RAID mode, and Load Power Saving Setup Defaults. The last item is the EZ Overclocking. Here you choose a percentage overclock of the CPU from 5%-50%.

The Advanced Settings menu is where the CPU Configuration, Chipset Configuration, ACPI Configuration, IDE Configuration, PCIPnP Configuration, Floppy Configuration, SuperIO Configuration and USB Configuration are done. The overclocking is done in the CPU Configuration menu. The HD 3200 Integrated graphics are setup in the Chipset menu, along with the Sideport memory, Advanced Clock Configuration and the onboard LAN, Audio, Firewire and Primary Graphics Adapter.

Overclocking on the ASRock A780GMH/128M was pretty successful. I was able to overclock the CPU to 3.6GHz on AMD's default cooler. This is a 20% increase versus the standard 3.0GHz speed. This was done using ASRock's OC Tuner and is pretty impressive for air cooling with the standard reference AMD cooler. Using more exotic cooling should allow for higher Overclocks.
