ECS is normally not known for their comprehensive bundles and the A790GXM-A is not an exception to this rule. They include four SATA cables which is sufficient to get a new user up and running and RAID a couple of drives if you want to. The IDE cable is the old standard but still useful especially if you have an IDE DVD drive or older IDE HDD.
The Driver CD comes with the drivers for the motherboard and a few free applications that you can download off the internet including the Yahoo Toolbar, Adobe Acrobat and the Overclock utility from AMD. There is an automatic install utility on the Driver CD allowing the average user to install the drivers without problem the first time they install the OS. One note, the Windows Vista Install DVD did not recognize the hard drive and I had to browse the CD to get the correct driver installed.
