Gigabyte tends to use a slightly modified version of the Phoenix Award BIOS for their BIOS and the EP45 UD3P is no exception to that rule. The Main menu is split into MIB, Standard CMOS, and Advanced BIOS Features, Integrated Peripherals, Power Management Setup, PNP/PCI Configuration, PC Health Status and the default sets.

Most of these menus are fairly self-explanatory but the tweaking and overclocking is done on the Motherboard Intelligent BIOS which is on the first menu on the left hand side of the BIOS selections. Overclocking of the board was impressive, as the board managed a high of 540MHz FSB with lowering the voltage and raising the FSB.
