ASUS uses a modified version of the American Megatrends AMIBIOS. They split the main BIOS screen into Main, Advanced, Power, Boot, Tools and Exit. The main menu has items like the System Time, Date, and SATA/ESATA devices detected. The main menu is also where you set up your Storage configurations and where you get information on the BIOS revision, Processor and main memory installed.
The Advanced portion of the BIOS is where the overclocking is done on the ASUS P5N7A-VM motherboard. The CPU configuration is where the enabling or disabling of C1E, CPU TM Function, Execute Disable Bit and Speedstep is done. JumperFree configuration is where the overclocking is done in the BIOS.
