MSI uses the Phoenix Award BIOS unlike the ASUS and ECS boards which both use modified version of the AMIBIOS. The Award BIOS is broken up into Standard CMOS Features, Advanced BIOS Features, Integrated Peripherals, Power Management Setup, H/W Monitor, BIOS Setting Password, and Cell Menu. The Standard CMOS Features is the same as on the AMIBIOS.
The advanced BIOS features is where the various features of the CPU, Chipset, Boot sequence, and Trusted Computing are enabled or disabled. Most of the other settings are common among motherboards with the Phoenix Award BIOS. The tweaker will want to use the Cell Menu where the various clock frequencies, voltages and memory timings can be changed.
