Testing integrated graphics is a bit of a mixed bag. On the one hand the integrated graphics supports DirectX 10.0. On the more practical side of things the GeForce 8300 is virtually unplayable on Crysis at all but the lowest settings in DX10.0 mode. As a value addition to a fully featured ATX motherboard, the 8300 performs well. I compared it against the 8200 and AMD 790GX boards to give a sense of performance across popular DirectX 9.0 games and threw in a Crysis benchmark for good measure. You’ll notice an almost 10% across the board improvement over the 8200.
