As a value ASUS board the M3N78 Pro comes with all of the accessories you need to get started and then some. The inclusion of Power and DATA cables for SATA drives is great as they have replaced the IDE drives and older Power Supplies do not necessarily have the necessary connections. The Q-Shield does the job of preventing cut fingers from sharp edges and the Q-Connector allows the user to connect the headers with ease.

Software wise the ASUS M3N78 Pro comes with PC Probe II, AI Suite, ASUS Update, ASUS Cool’n’Quiet, Express Gate, and anti-Virus software. PC Probe II is ASUS’s hardware monitoring utility. ASUS Update updates the BIOS and Drivers over the internet. Express Gate is a mini OS that is installed on a drive that can be accessed straight upon bootup.
