The Gigabyte EP45-DQ6 is still on the DDR2 platform meaning that a Core 2 Duo E6750 CPU was used along with the other tests. It should be interesting to note the performance differences between the EP45-DQ6 and its other brothers the EP45-DS4 and the EP45 Extreme which will be on the test bench shortly.
