XFX sells video cards, motherboards and other products based upon computer components with the majority of their best known products being based upon NVIDIA video cards. They are best known for their NVIDIA video cards, but have also branched off into other areas like game controllers, and motherboards. They are a division of Pine Technology Group, which is a Hong Kong based PC peripherals company.

XFX first got into motherboards with the nForce 590 SLI motherboards. Today they have a lineup of NVIDIA based chipsets including nForce 790i SLI, nForce 780a SLI, and the nForce 750a motherboards which comprise NVIDIA’s lineup sans the nForce 730a and nForce 750i that some manufactures use.
