The E6750 we use for testing is a Core 2 Duo 2.66GHz CPU. Dual Core CPUs are still the most prevalent type on the market as Intel states that less than 33% of the CPUs sold on the market today are Quad Core, with it really hitting big in 2009. As such there is no reason to update our test system at the moment as it is still modern enough.
