ESA is a newly implemented feature that monitors your systems internal parts and lets you know how well they are running, how fast your fans are spinning, how your PSU is doing and many more aspects of the daily system monitoring that has been largely ignored by the industry at large. Enthusiasts System Architecture or ESA as the TLA for it has been named is too new to really and fully realize it’s ultimate benefits, but with companies like CoolerMaster jumping on the wagon and embracing this new technology they help pave the way for future generations to optimize and implement this into their products.
CoolerMaster was kind enough to donate to NVIDIA’s cause a few of their latest and greatest products that support the new ESA sub structure that work hand in hand with NVIDIA’s latest products including the 790i and 9800GX2,which can now be monitored more accurately in the Windows environment. We used the most recently Cosmos case the new S series, which offers the user much more advanced cooling features than the previous introductory Cosmos that had nice features, but lousy internal cooling as it was more geared toward the silent market. We also received a nice 1000w Pro SLI certified PSU that had all the right power connections needed for the new 98000GX2 card to function properly. Lastly, but not the least in any way is the all new Aquagate Max liquid CPU cooling system, which actually worked better than anticipated in our overclocking adventures.
