abit AB9 QuadGT Motherboard Review

I reviewed abit's AB9 Pro a while back and it was an excellent board. In fact, I've found almost every one of their boards to be excellent in almost every respect. The issues I had in the General Usage area of the review prevent me from giving this board either the Editor's Choice or the Hot Product Award. abit needs to fix their Support pages to reflect the updated BIOS and Manual pages which are available for me to reconsider this decision on an otherwise wonderfully featured and performing board.

Support for a new product is important, especially since the AB9 QuadGT has been out for over 2 months and without the needed BIOS update, this board falls short there. I'm sure it's an oversight that will be shortly corrected. The board has excellent performance, with performance rivaling that of the high-end 965 boards from ASUS or GIGABYTE, and the features include Crossfire, Quad Core support (hence the name) and S/PDIF ports on the back panel.
