Comparing the performance of the integrated RADEON 1200 versus the performance of the GeForce 6150 integrated video, the ATI chip outperforms the NVIDIA one in the game and 3DMark benchmarks. NVIDIA has not as of yet updated their integrated video beyond the 6150, the performance crown goes to ATI's new chipset for integrated video for the moment.
