The motherboard performs as expected in every test except for 3DMark. The Biostar TForce 590 SLI board seems to behave like a regular nForce 590 SLI motherboard with the performance in the games area stellar. The 5000+ is still relevant, as it is the fastest non-FX CPU and has dual cores allowing it to shine in multi-threaded applications. The recent release of the QuadFX CPUs means a whole new platform, but the new Socket will probably not hit mainstream computers till next year, as only the high-end CPUs have been released.
