The positioning of the 8-pin power connector is on the upper right hand edge of the board, meaning there won't be an airflow issue with the power cable snaking over or around the CPU cooler. The 24-pin power connector is on the lower middle of the board. The CPU area is clear of obstacles, with a row of capacitors aligned on the top of the board.

The SouthBridge is covered by a metal plate with the ASUS Workstation name on it. A heat pipe leads out from the SB to the North Bridge covered by a copper radiator. A second pipe leads out from the NB along with the first pipe to a massive copper radiator keeping the chipsets cool by using the air from the CPU cooler to help keep temperatures mild.

Front Panel IO headers
Power users wanting to use cooling fans in their systems won't be disappointed by the ASUS M2N32 WS Professional board. A 4-pin CPU fan header is present, and 4 other fan headers for Chassis, System and other fans. The Front Panel IO headers are labeled, meaning that you won't get confused with what connector goes to what header. ASUS also includes their Q-Connector with the board, extending the headers to make header placement easy in one step, instead of one at a time.
