EVGA decided to use the Phoenix AwardBIOS on the 123-K8-NF47-AX . There are a few changes from the normal Phoenix BIOS. To get to the overclocking section of the BIOS, the user needs to go to the Power Overclock tab in the BIOS. Memory settings are found in the Advanced Chipset Menu.

Overclocking of the 123-K8-NF47-AX board was limited for the most part by the 4000+ CPU we use for testing. It overclocks a maximum of 10% in the best of situations, making it the limiting factor when determining the stable overclock of a motherboard.

The available options in the Power User Overclock Menu for the PCIE frequency include a range of 100-145MHz in 1MHz increments. The CPU Ratio can be change from x4-x12 (on my 4000+ CPU). CPU Vcore can be changed from Default to 1.400 in 0.025 increments. You can adjust the CPU Vcore 7-Shift from +50mV-+350mV in 50mV increments. VRAM Output can be changed from 2.55V-3.25V in 0.20V increments. North Bridge Voltage can be changed from 1.5V-1.7V in 0.1 increments.
