EVGA really goes all out in the packaging of their retail motherboards. The motherboard came in their standard gold and purple colors. The front of the box lays out the main features of the board and what its primary purposes are including: Gaming, Imaging, 3D, Video, Entertainment, Photos and Graphics. The CPU support list is right on the front, so you can't get confused.

EVGA nForce4 SLI x16 Motherboard Review Driver CD and Manual

Driver CD and Manual

The retail box comes with two SATA cables and a SATA power cable. I would have preferred to have seen four SATA cables, as I hate having to purchase additional items to get a motherboard to work. Many modern PSUs come standard with SATA cables, making it a luxury. EVGA includes a F6 floppy driver disk for installing SATA drives, a definite improvement over motherboards that make you make a disk. Rounded IDE and FDD cables are a definite plus as well. The Driver CD contains the drivers for the motherboard and the SLI Bridge is used to connect two NVIDIA video cards in SLI mode.

EVGA support is second to none for their video cards and motherboards. The Lifetime Warranty is unique in the industy for motherboards. If you have a problem with the motherboard EVGA will support it for the life of the motherboard. One thing that EVGA has not done is bring their Step-Up Program to the motherboards.
