The ASUS P5N32-SLI board comes with a American Megatrends International BIOS. The overclocking options are in the Advanced Chipset menu. ASUS provides a LAN2 Cable Status page that shows if one of the LAN cables is on the blink. Overclocking is handled in the Advanced, Configure System Frequency/Voltage menu. The Auto setting is the default setting for the system. You can also set up your own Overclock Profile or let ASUS's AI NOS (No Delay Overclocking System) to overclock automatically 1%, 3%, 5% and 10% are the options.
I was able to overclock our x6800 on the P5N32-SLI to 10% successfully using the AI NOS menu. This overclock is atypical of boards I've tested the new CPU with and is a good sign. The 3.8GHz 670 we use for testing on benchmarks showed a decent overclock as well. Manual overclocking by lowering the multiplier and upping the FSB speed netted a 12% overclock.
