ASUS P5WD2-E Premium Motherboard Review :: Test System and Setup

One note about the CPU we use in testing. You'll notice it reads 2800MHz instead of 3800MHz when using CPUZ. The BIOS and Sisoft Sandra 2005 both read the CPU operating at 3.8GHz, but for some reason every motherboard tested reads 2.8GHz with CPUZ on the same CPU. Performance is what one would expect from a 3.8GHz CPU, so I would consider it an issue with CPUZ and not our test bed.
