One of the faster boards so far tested on the new nForce4 chipset and another winner for the AMD Socket 939 platform, the Asus A8N-SLI Deluxe is a stable and fast motherboard that has strong scores in many categories. All the performance applications ran without fail, as did the burn-in tests. Amazingly enough, the CPU temperatures remained relatively moderate (Using a very low-end cooler) throughout the entire process. As I have already stated we have used this board in a few other test platforms for various reviews and it is compatible with ATI cards as well as many of the mainstream memory available on the market currently. SLI tests are more VGA bound than motherboard biased so we tested the board to make sure its SLI functioned correctly, but we will leave the scores for another SLI VGA review coming soon on the Asus 6800GT's.
