GIGABYTE has been one of the top players in the PC parts arena and they have shown strength in both their motherboard and VGA line making them a serious competitor in this market. They were one of the first companies to introduce a multi-phase power module to regulate the power coming to your board for better stability and many others have implemented a similar design in their products in an effort to compete.

We have seen many a product from these folks, and usually we go away very happy with the results as they have made quality computer parts from their onset. Usually they are right on time or early with new boards for whatever chipset gets released and the features are usually very abundant as well, making them a company that still aims for the higher-end enthusiast market. They still make boards for the mid level market, but are known to shy away from any low end boards as that is just not their style. The new GA-8GPNXP is geared at the new LGA775 platform and features the i915X chipset, that although lower in cost and aimed at the mid level market has speeds almost as good as its i925X big brother. This is a board that scored high here and if you follow along I will tell you why it is a board seriously worth considering. Read on I am sure you will find it interesting.
