 CPU Settings Cache Mainboard Memory
When I first received the board it came with a 1002 BETA BIOS that would cause premature CPU throttling and had erratic errors that were random and hard to pinpoint. After flashing the BIOS to the shipping version of 1004 many problems were immediately addressed and fixed and the board became more compliant for the user. Stability was found to be solid and I ran the unit in a continuous loop on SYSmark 2004 in addition to our standard burn-in tests to put the most pressure on the system as possible. This board was the fastest of the initial six boards tested for the platform review and after the BIOS flash and a few fine tuning adjustments the scores improved by a slight margin. Overall it performed well and was completely stable in the long run leaving no complaints in this department.
