ASUS is still the number one board manufacturer as far as popularity goes and the P4T533 will well be one of their more popular boards in some circles. The only thing about this board that is negative is that Intel has discontinued RAMBUS support and this will be the last chipset of its kind. There is nothing to complain about with the board itself as it offers enough features and get up and go to please many enthusiasts who feel that RAMBUS is a better memory solution for their needs. Most questions that are sent to me about RAMBUS are users that want to make their system a better machine for graphics and video applications. As I stated previously this is where RAMBUS shines and if you are going to use your system for these specific purposes this may be an added appeal in your choice of platform. I held back on the Editors choice award for the P4T533 as it lacks some of the features I find pleasing on a desktop board. The lack of a on-board LAN solution and ATA150 RAID support keep this board from jumping into the winners circle. Overall if you are looking or needing a RAMBUS based solution the P4T533 series of board are a good choice for your money as they are reliable, stable and overclock quite good as well. Doc out
