Test System

• ECS K7S6A Motherboard
• AMD Athlon 2000+ Processor
• 256MB DDR333 PC2700 Crucial DDR memory
• Base System specs

One thing about the ECS K7S6A it is stable. It ran both the burn in tests we use here in our labs so users should find themselves with a stable system board here. Once the board was up and running all system were go and all the tests ran without problems with the exception of overclocking. It would not pass our 15% overclocking test.

Performance

Performance on the K7S6A is very moderate and falls onto the lower scale of our comparisons chart but is still a viable product for the end-user as it still passed all the tests without incident.
