The HDDBOOST comes inside a small brown box. The top of the box has a description of the main features of the HDDBOOST device. The back of the box has the Specifications for the device and features in a variety of devices. Open the box we find the HDDBOOST enclosure and SATA Data cable and a manual. There are also four screws to mount the enclosure.
The device itself is a 3.5in drive enclosure. On the side are six screw holes for mounting the drive enclosure on any 3.5in drive bay of your system. On the bottom of the drive enclosure are two screw holes for mounting the SSD drive onto the bay. The back of the enclosure contains the SATA Data and Power connectors. There are two Data connectors one for the motherboard, the other to connect a HDD.
