Opening the case is easy, simply remove the three screws from the rear of the case and lift the top cover. The left side holds the HDD bracket; the right side holds the ODD bracket. In the center is a center brace holding them together. To remove the brackets simply unscrew the screws holding them in place and remove the brace.

The motherboard tray is easily accessible once the brackets are removed. There are two fan holders on the left side and one on the right side of the case holding three 120mm fans. The left side of the case is designed to hold the PSU. There is room to fit a 180mm long PSU in this position without blocking anything in the way.
The rear of the inside has the PCI slot covers for the four expansion slots on the motherboard. It is unlikely you need more expansion, but there is a fifth slot as stated for USB brackets or other devices that don’t require power from a PCI slot. You can mount two 80mm fans on the two grills on the left side of the interior of the case.
