ATI releases new drivers every month on their website. The current drivers on ATI’s website are the 9.12 Catalyst drivers. These offer full support for the HD 5xxx line including the HD 5870, 5970, 5770 and 5750 cards. One nice thing about monthly driver updates is that you don’t have to wait long for an updated driver to fix any issue with a game that might pop up. XFX offers a Double Lifetime Warranty with their new graphics cards. This is rather unique in the industry that you can transfer the card to another owner and it will still be covered under the limited warranty. Every other manufacturer has a single owner manufacturer’s warranty that is not transferrable.
