Taking a closer look at the side panels, we find that SilverStone has included foam padding on the side panel. This is effective for reducing noise on the system as the foam absorbs noise. Opening the case we find that the motherboard tray is designed for ATX and Micro-ATX motherboards. Holes are drilled into the case to allow for standoff installation.

The side of the case has seven HDD racks in two removable bays. Note that to install a workstation graphics card like the Quadro FX5600 you need to remove one of the racks to install it. Normal sized consumer video cards like the GeForce GTX285 fit without issue. In front of the HDD racks is a 180mm fan. This fan can easily be removed by unscrewing two screws and sliding it out. The 5.25" drives are installed using a unique tool-free method. Remove the screws from the side of the drive cover, push out the tool-free thing and insert the drive into the drive bay. Once the drive is in the bay simply push the button and it's installed. You can also install the drive using screws. The HDD is installed by removing the bay inserting the HDD into the bay and sliding it back in.
