GIGABYTE provides enough hardware to get started with your new card. Note that the DVI to VGA adapter allows you to run two analog CRT monitors. You can also purchase a HDMI to DVI adapter to run the card in dual DVI mode, or a DVI to HDMI adapter to run two HDMI monitors. The HD 4650 is a mainstream card and a game is not expected.

The one thing with an AGP HD 4650 is the latest drivers do not support this card off ATI's website, requiring you to use the drivers on GIGABYTE's website. The latest drivers on their website are beta versions of the Catalyst 9.6 drivers ATI released last month, meaning that they are fairly recent. I would expect ATI to include AGP drivers for their HD 4650 cards in the near future as they are made by more than one manufacturer.
