Kingston V Series 128GB SSD Desktop Kit Review :: Test Setup and Software

We use only real world tests in this review, no synthetic or canned benchmarks as this is what the average user will encounter during their normal daily operations of their system. Canned and synthetic benchmarks work okay for some video and CPU reviews, but we feel these tests are more applicable to the common user and easier to repeat by at home people who want to compare their results to ours. None of the issues other reviewers have complained about drives using the JMicron controller were seen here, but I am sure if I spent all week trying to find a stuttering issue I could eventually find one, but this is not real world testing, which we are trying to achieve here.
