In-Win X-Fighter AL-13 Series Case Review :: System Build
The system build starts in this case with removing the side panels by using the clips to unsecure the panel and sliding off the panel. Removing the front panel is easy just push the tabs holding it in place and removing it. Installing the PSU is done just like 99% of the cases by mounting it into position and screwing it in place. Removing the graphics funnel is simplicity by pushing down on the tab and sliding the open tab to open and pulling down on the funnel. At this point you are ready to install the motherboard assuming you have installed the CPU and memory already into place. Align the standoffs, adding more if needed, screw in the standoffs and mount the motherboard. At this point you can install the graphics cards and other add-on cards, and you're ready for the next step. The next step is installing the drives. The top two optical drives can be installed without using screws by mounting the drive rails, removing the drive cover from the front of the case and sliding it into place. The other two drive rails need to be secured by screws. These drive rails are vibration-less and securely hold drives in place. The HDDs can be mounted without screws on the top four racks, just mount the drives onto the rails and slide it into the rack. After attaching all the wires and cables and doing proper wire management, making sure the power is connected the next step was ready, the GPU funnel installation. At this point the system is ready to go and just needs to be closed up and started up for the first time. One thing to note is that there is plenty of room in the case to install the huge Cooler Master V8 CPU cooler and the spacing is good enough to install a long video card like the Radeon HD 4870 x2 or GeForce GTX 295.
