The case is colored in a beautiful black matte finish. The Sileo 500 is a mid tower ATX case that is designed to fit Mid ATX motherboards and ATX motherboards. The front of the case on the Sileo 500 has five 5.25" drive bays for optical drive installation. Below the 5.25" bays is the FDD bay where you can install a floppy disk.

The Front Panel IO on the case is in the bay below the FDD cover. Cooler Master includes two USB 2.0 ports, an external SATA port and two jacks for the onboard audio. This location is excellent as you can just plug in headphones without worrying about the cables in the back of the case. The power and Reset buttons are thin strips below the FP IO.

Both sides of the case are black without windows. The rear of the case has seven PCI device covers with flip up covers. The PSU is located on the top of the rear of the case, the usual position. Below the PSU is the rear IO area for the motherboard and next to that is a 120mm fan mounting grill. A single water cooling hole lies below the 120mm fan mount. Four screws hold the case side doors in place.
