The test system uses the best of the Core 2 Quad series from Intel, the QX9770. While I would love to move the video card test system to a Core i7 platform that would take a lot of work and will probably have to wait until DirectX 11 cards arrive either later this year or early next year. In the meantime the current test platform includes two DirectX 10.0 games.
