MSI R4770 T2D512 Radeon HD 4770 Video Card Review :: Bundle
 Bundle MSI packaged the card in a black box with a female robot that kind of looks like the robot from the I Robot movie. The name of the card, the MSI R4770 along with the pertinent stats (512MB, HDMI Ready, and PCI Express) adorns the front cover of the box. The rear of the box has the main features and system requirements of the card. The hardware bundle of the card is complete as can be for a new video card. A 6-pin power cable, a DVI to HDMI adapter, a DVI to VGA adapter and a HDTV cable rounds out the hardware bundle. This allows the end-user to use the card with a variety of monitors and HDTVs. Software-wise; the card comes with a trial version of Norton's Internet Security, WMIinfor which provides system information, MSI Vivid which improves the color saturation in games, and MSI Live Update which updates the drivers on the card. Using ATI's Overdrive utility on their Catalyst Control Center, I was able to overclock the R4770 to 820MHz for the core and 825MHz for the memory. This is in comparison to the 750MHz for the core/800MHz for the memory on the standard clocks. Performance in 3DMark Vantage was totally stable with a 10% increase in score with the overclock and a maximum temperature of 50C during the test.
