The heatsink comes in a long black and red box. The name on the box of the heatsink is the SilenX iXtrema IXGHA2 GPU Cooler. The front of the box has a transparent window allowing you to see the heatsink and five heat pipes through the window. The back of the box has a transparent window showing the heatpipes and a list of Specifications and Compatibility.

The fan accessory kit comes in a plastic enclosure with the Specifications and Compability on the front. A transparent cover covers the fans and the rear of the fans. The rear also contains the power connectors that attach to a power cable to provide power for the fans. Note the Compatibility lists single and dual fan combinations with a card like the 9800GT requiring single and a card like the GTX280 requiring two or even all three fans to be installed.

The bundle itself includes everything you would possibly need to install a new cooling system on a graphics card. SilenX includes a MOSFET heatsink for the GTX280/260 cooler. A selection of bolts, thermal pads, O-rings, and 14 RAM heatsinks is also included. You can install the RAM heatsinks on the various RAM chips or other components on the video card to keep them cool. SilenX includes a very clear step-by step manual for installation of the cooler.
