XFX ATI Radeon HD 4890 XXX Edition Video Card Review :: Test Setup and Performance

The computer that we use for the video card test platform is still fast, as a QX9770 CPU is almost as fast as a Core i7 920 in most respects. Once we move to a new video card platform we will likely move to Core i7 920 with new games and benchmarks as there are a ton of new games out there. In any event, the current platform will have to do for now. The HD 4890 will be compared to the GTX280 and GTX285.
