NVIDIA sells their Quadro cards via partner PNY, a maker of video cards that sells Quadro's and other NVIDIA cards and chipsets. PNY has a long history of working with NVIDIA and their packaging even has the NVIDIA Quadro CX name on it. Note that the card came with the RapiHD encoder on the reviewer's DVD, but I'm sure the retail package comes with it as well as it differentiates the Quadro CX from the Quadro 4600.
PNY offers a 3-year warranty on the Quadro CX card. Today the card is available online for $1995 USD bundled with Adobe Premiere Pro CS4 for PC from the Videoguys or several other retailers. You can also buy the card with Adobe CS4 Production Premium Blu-Ray Disc for $3150, which is a huge savings over purchasing them separate. In any event, if you're in the market for this card you will likely already have some version of this software on your computer already.
