The Cooler Master ATSC 840 case has an independent GPU cooler that is separate from the GPU cooler on the video card. There is an external air duct on the rear of the case to keep the graphics card area cooler than would happen if it wasn't there. The ATCS 840 is an all-aluminum case, making it lighter than many cases with SECC Steel.

The ATCS has dual PSUs one on the top of the case one on the bottom of the case. This is unique among case manufacturers as most cases only have one PSU area. This gives the user the choice of a top mounted PSU, a bottom mounted PSU or both. For those wanting the ultimate in choice in positioning the PSU, the ATCS 840 is the case for you. The case has room for about 8 case fans, of which the case comes with five. One thing about this case that sets it apart from other cases is the ability to have two 230mm fans, one on the front, two on the top of the case a rear 120mm fan, a bottom 120mm fan, two 120mm fans for the HDD module, and the external air duct for the graphics card which has another 120mm fan for it.
