The TV Wonder 650 PCI Express card is a half height PCI Express card designed to fit into a PCI Express x1 slot. The card has two TV tuner cans with the markings Samsung T ECC1149FG01A 070510 HAI on each, meaning that there are two identical TV tuners on the card. Next to the TV tuners is an ATI Theater 650 Pro chip. Next to the Theater 650 chip is a Hynix 639U HY5DU561622ETP-4 chip.

The rear of the board has the serial number and Part Number sticker which has the name of the board: TV Wonder 650 Combo PCIE and Made In China. The Theater 650 Pro chip rear is on this side of the board as well as the Complies with Canadian ICE5-003 Class B. The bottom of the board has a FCC logo with the Advanced Micro Devices Model B1P6. The bottom of the board also has the PCI Express connection which fits into any free PCI Express slot.

The IO bracket of the board is a gold color and has the various connections for the card including the CATV/FM Radio connection, the DTV Connection, an S-Video connection and the Audio connection. Each connection is labeled for what it is supposed to do. Note that since there are two TV tuners on the card you can attach two sources to the card and record one channel while watching another channel at the same time.
