The TV Wonder PCI Express allows you to tune into any of three sources analog TV, unencrypted Digital Cable, over the air Digital TV/HDTV and FM radio stations. There are two tuners on the card, to run analog TV, attach a coaxial cable to the port marked CATV/FM. To listen to FM radio, attach the included antenna to the CATV/FM connection. For Digital TV simply attach the coaxial cable from an amplified cable antenna or Cable TV source.

The TV Wonder Combo PCI Express can act as a Analog Video capture device for equipment like cameras, video game systems, VCR, DVD player using the S-Video and Composite connections on the TV Wonder Combo PCI Express card. Here is also where you would attach your video game systems like the PS3 or Xbox 360 and Nintendo Wii. The TV Wonder 650 Combo PCI Express card also allows you to turn your computer into a High Definition Personal Video Recorder, recording the HDTV signals that you view with the card.

In years past ATI would use the GuidePlus Electronic Programming Guide for their All-In-Wonder and TV Wonder products. While GuidePlus did its job, ATI switched to TitanTV for their Digital TV tuner cards like the TV Wonder Combo PCI Express card. Titan TV has a channel lineup that is downloaded and has up to 14 days of programming with information on each show and genre. TitanTV is available for free from for those that want to try it out.
