Thecus includes everything you need to get started with a new NAS server including the screws. Some other reviews didn’t get screws for mounting the drives but this one had the screws inside the box thankfully. The five included keys are for the HDD racks on the unit itself. The locks keep each HDD secure from someone trying to tamper with the machine and are a good security measure for the business that wants to keep their file storage secure from would be tampering. Just make sure not to lose the keys or you may be locking yourself out of your own system and will have to contact Thecus for replacement keys.

The USB cable is useful as are the two Cat 5e cables to plug your computer into for connection to your existing network. The manual is well apportioned to give the new user an easy setup experience. The setup CD contains the setup wizard and backup software that comes with the Thecus N5200BR unit. Thecus also includes a Warranty card and the above mentioned five keys for the locks. The manual is a five language manual to help setup the system with English, French Spanish, and Italian and German language instructions. They are currently working on Klingon and a rare breed of giant pigmies for future manuals.
