The V1100 case is what Lian-Li calls a Mid-Tower case that is slightly bigger than the standard Mid-Tower case with dimensions of 210mm x 490mm x 550mm (WxHxD). This size is interesting because it is slightly larger than some of the other Med-Tower cases I’ve reviewed but not out of the range of the sizes I’ve seen.
Case side
The case is designed to fit ATX and mini-ATX motherboards. Lian Li has a line of cases that have extended ATX capabilities in the form of their Super Mid Tower cases, but the PC-V1100 Black does not support those motherboards. With an all aluminum construction, the PC-V1100 has a net weight of 12.2kg, not bad for this size of a case.
