The 3650 is meant as a competitor to the NVIDIA 8600GT and is not to be compared to the $300+ 9800GTX in performance as they are meant for different markets. Futuremark has recently released 3DMark Vantage and the HD3650 from ASUS barely was able to run it. One thing to note about the performance is that with 256MB of frame buffer turning on AA and AF may have a deleterious effect on performance.
